Check out
duncancumming.co.uk. In his own words... "this website showcases graffiti photos from Scotland (especially Glasgow and Edinburgh graffiti), and anywhere else I can get to. So far that includes London, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Seville, Bristol, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels. There are also photos other people have sent in, including graffiti from Holland, Canada, Australia and more."

this was in the tunnel too - its actually lifesize. the gold detail is amazing and looks beautiful next to the deep red. no idea whos responsible for this but its wicked to see some quite different stuff in edinburgh, off the usual themes. i've got to get my stencils working proper.

graf from the legal walls near bristo square, edinburgh. these walls havebeen available for peoples to use as far back as I can remember... there's always a variety of stuff on them, from pretty mundane lettering and tags to really skilled pieces. whatever's up changes every so often. the first two cursive pieces are well striking when you walk past, but I particularly like the last photo. i think thats by
elph.

street art in edinburgh. i've seen these stencils on the tunnel by bristo square and on some hardboard on middle meadow walk. they're quite provocative images, accompanied by the words 'WORKING TO IMPROVE YOUR ENVIRONMENT'. not sure who's responsible, or quite what they're getting at. they make me think of war. the red dogs are nothing to do with it, cool as they are. blame scottish hobo society

a few shots from obscene @ the venue, edinburgh, 16/12/05. i think we all smashed it, even hamish, whose laptop crashed (twice). alex played some dark shit, me and marc went b2b and alice did her last-ever set before heading to canada. i particularly enjoyed randomly grabbing the mic after my last tune and briefly talking some bollocks to the crowd before al went on (hehehe). general all-round sickness, gt'd. click
here for the dysfunctional obscene website.
if anyones wondering about my rudebwoy posturing with regards to the title of the blog. basically its based on nothing more than a misspent youth of andy c mixtapes and congo natty dubs. as far as i know "seen" is used, with a ?, to mean, "understand?" or without, "understood." seen? on a related note.... where's ali g got to..
i hate writing shit on the internet. confronting this "issue", i've started this page to keep track of what i've seen... heard... or done, in my daily misadventures. the electronic other half of my critical diary. call it what you want. seen?
